  1. Processing time: It usually processes orders within 1 to 3 business days, but weekends and holidays are excluded. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

  2. Shipping Rates and Shipping Times: We have multiple shipping options available at checkout to meet your needs, and most packages take 5-7 business days. So if you want to rush it, expedited services are available. Shipping charges depend on the location and service chosen.

  3. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship in [Country/Region]. However, we are working to expand our areas of operation so that Brics Turmeric Brew can reach more people. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will email out a tracking number so you can track your package. Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours.

  4. Lost or delayed Shipments: Sometimes there may be reasons beyond our control, and it can sometimes take a little longer than we want to deliver the parcel. If there is a long delay, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

  5. Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Brics Turmeric Brew is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to errors provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

High-quality items and perfect customer satisfaction are priceless for us. And if you don't like your purchase, read our return and exchange policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.

  2. Return Process: If you want to make a return, please notify our Customer Support team with order number and reason for return and then we will provide instruction where to send your product(s). Please note the customers are responsible for postage in case of return however return shipping is free, unless the return is to our error or defect.

  3. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place an order for the replacement product. We process exchanges as new, separate transactions to ensure speedy completion.

  4. Refunds: after receiving your returned item and inspecting, we'll let you know if your refund is approved or not; if approved, we will make sure that you receive your refund within 5-7 business days when credited back to the original method of payment.

  5. Damaged or Faulty Products: In case the delivered product is received damaged or defective, please correspond with us within 7 days after the delivery date. Their replacement or full refund will be arranged free of any additional cost to you.
